RS & Co Property Staging was founded by Rebecca with one simple belief: beautifully presented homes create stronger first impressions, deeper buyer connections and better opportunities.
What began through her own experience of preparing and selling property has grown into a founder-led staging business working with homeowners, estate agents, developers and property professionals across London, Essex and the wider South East.
REBECCA’S STORY
From the NHS to a new chapter in property.
After spending 15 years building a rewarding career in the NHS, Rebecca decided to take a leap into a new chapter that allowed her to combine her professional experience with her passion for creativity.
As a mother, she wanted to create a business that offered greater flexibility and freedom, while giving her the opportunity to build something entirely of her own.
That move into property quickly revealed a natural instinct for interiors, presentation and understanding how buyers respond to a space.

Rebecca’s early success selling two homes within 24 hours showed her just how powerful considered presentation could be.
It wasn’t simply about making a property look beautiful. Thoughtful staging helped buyers understand the space, imagine themselves living there and act with greater confidence.
That experience demonstrated both the emotional and commercial value of property staging, and became the foundation for RS & Co Property Staging.
